A 5km community morning for all abilities. Every registration supports our rehabilitation programmes.
Walk it, jog it or wheel it — this is a morning for everyone. The route is fully accessible and marshalled throughout.
What is included

Children under 12 go free but still need a place reserved so we can cater properly.
