Where we deliver

We deliver within Malaysia. If you are outside Malaysia and would like to order, please write to info@scasft.org and we will see what we can arrange.

Charges

Delivery is a flat RM 10.00 per order, and is free on orders of RM 150.00 or more. The charge that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Collecting from the centre

You may collect your order from our centre instead, at no charge. Choose that option at checkout and we will email you when it is ready. Please bring your order number.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared by our vocational workshop team, usually within two to three working days of payment. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia normally takes a further two to four working days, and a little longer for Sabah and Sarawak.

Some items are hand-made in small numbers, so occasionally an order takes longer. If yours will, we will tell you rather than leave you waiting.

Tracking your order

Open My Purchases in your account to see the current status. When an order is sent we add the tracking number there and email it to you.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, or arrives damaged, contact info@scasft.org or call +60 3-7956 4700 and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging if an item is damaged.
